PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER
President and co-founder of Building Evaluations heads up a team of estimators that perform all levels of estimates for all types of institutional, commercial, industrial and residential building facilities. Utilizing the latest technologies Building Evaluations has delivered accurate cost estimates in a wide variety of formats. Building Evaluations is familiar with all federal and local agency estimating procedures and requirements.

From their competition is that they are actively engaged in the estimating business. Building Evaluations' main stream business is developing construction cost estimates. Architects, owners, developers, engineers and contractors send their drawings to Building Evaluations to have developed accurate cost estimates at all phases of the design and construction process. Building Evaluations therefore has an inherent need for accurate cost information. This led to the development of Building Evaluations Construction Unit Cost Data Book and MyEstimator.com.

Since 1987, Building Evaluations, Inc. has developed over 5,000 estimates and construction schedules for more than 750 local, national and international clients. Our team of highly experienced construction management and design professionals have expertise that spans the full range of disciplines, including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Utilizing our vast experience in the industry, Building Evaluations, Inc. can develop realistic cost estimates at any stage during the design and construction process. We pride ourselves on working within the time schedule of your design team and honoring your established deadlines. Every estimate we produce is custom tailored to your needs and the individual requirements of your project.
Our roots go back more than 40 years to when founder Paul Piccione headed up a team of estimators for Wood & Tower, which was later acquired by the Dodge Cost Systems division of The McGraw-Hill Companies. Spun-off by McGraw-Hill in 1987, Dodge Cost Systems was acquired by Paul Piccione, who then went on to establish Building Evaluations, Inc. In that same year, Anthony Piccione joined the business and currently heads up the estimating team.
Our clients include architects, construction managers, owners, engineers, contractors and appraisers across the country. As one of the nation's leading estimating services, Building Evaluations, Inc. utilizes state-of-the-art technologies to deliver accurate and up-to-date cost estimates at a cost effective price. We're pre-qualified with most local and federal government agencies and are certified as a small business enterprise (SBE).
